Best cheesecake recipe ever



 
Preparation time  :25 min                Total time:  5h  15 min                   Serving size: 16 serving       

Ingredients:


  1-1 / 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

3 tablespoon Granulated Sugar  

1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted

4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese , softened

1 cup  Granulated Sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

4 Eggs

 

Preparation:


Heat oven to 325 ° F

Mix crumbs, 3 tbsp. sugar and butter; press firmly onto bottom of a pan with removable rim (springform pan) 9-inch

Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer; Add eggs one by one;  after adding each time, mixing on low speed just until blended. . Pour into the crust.

Bake the cheesecake 55 min or until center is almost set; Run knife or metal spatula around rim of pan to loosen cake; . cool before removing rim of pan. Refrigerate 4 hours.

Size- Sweets can add enjoyment to a balanced diet, but remember to keep portion sizes.

Extra

Just before serving, I garnish with chopped fresh fruit.

Note

Reduce the oven temperature to 300 ° F if using dark nonstick pan.
